I&#039;ll never forget a First Amendment class I took in college.  While I don&#039;t love the ACLU, they do stand for something, and it&#039;s not the democratic party.  It&#039;s for free speech.  Case in point: I remember one 1st amendment issue (it may have been a slander or libel or defamation case, not sure) where the ACLU (with Jewish lawyers) represented the KKK and defended their right to free speech even though it was vitriolic, untruthful, and hateful.  Strange bedfellows, no say in clarifying or restraining the 1st amendment.  This report obviously came from the masses that are the executive branches.  Butt out!</description>
